Black Oak

Black Oak exists to deliver high-quality, creative construction solutions.

Founded as an affiliate of OaksATL Community Development, Black Oak was created to ensure consistently high-quality construction in English Avenue and on Atlanta’s Historic Westside. Today, we continue to support mission-aligned affordable housing and community development projects in OaksATL’s target neighborhoods. Black Oak also delivers residential and mixed-use construction projects throughout the greater Atlanta-metro region.
